This shop is not busy like it once was. Plenty of choice still in wrapping paper and cards some books, u stairs by lift or stairs is an array of every thing you may need in the stationary department. Added bonus is the post office.

No complaints, the store has always been well organised with friendly staff.
My only issue would be that a product I'd been buying for a while had the design changed (they were revision cards that had the colour and line spacing changed), with the original no longer in stock, however that is understandable as products are continually updated.

Rude sales assistant post office wouldn't even help me with sticking lable on the parcle my local post office would have given me some tape but not this girl if your buying a envelope and you need help sticking your printed lable you shouldn't be expected to by tape as well

They have a good selection. Post office on 1st floor. Helpful staff.. When you can find them.

Scruffy, empty shelves disinterested staff and unmanned sales desk upstairs. Could not believe how the standards had dropped.

As can be seen on many other reviews, the staff in here are absolutely diabolical.
I needed to query a price of an item because it was not marked and there was nothing on the shelf. Staff initially seemed to ignore the fact that I had approached the tills, and then appeared to be offended by me asking for some help and wanting to check a price. Won't be coming back to this store!

Very quiet when I visited (4/3/2021 so during lockdown 3), one way system in use, hand sanitizer for use entering and leaving, screens at the checkout, all in all felt safe.
