Not the biggest store in the world, so not all items are stocked. But staff are keen to help and will order stuff in for you.

Smith's now have a clearance outlet upstairs. I don't know why it's taken them so long. Cheap books for adults and children and also some stationary. We will definitely be back.

Great stationery items and some discount on gift items like star wars, Disney etc ..smooth returns..

No different to any other branch. The chap on the till is friendly and they have finally stopped persuading you to use the self service till. Upstairs they sell cheaper leftover stock.

Well i dont very often visit W H Smith cos i seldom read books to be honest..but if any of you have something to say of interest to others please do put pen to paper as you could get rich from it..have you noticed how people in the public eye are all writing a book?? Lots of money to be made out of it..i went to that shop to buy a Jamie Oliver cook book..but didnt see it on the shelves so i asked at the desk and bingo..a lady went and fetched it from another area..like weird cos it wasnt with his others ..cost £20.. not quite what i was expecting..but paid up anyway..on the front cover it clearly states..he has sold 1 million copies to date @ £26 each..have done my maths on this one..and wowee i make that a cool £26000000..( millions). So get writing folk!!

Love WHSmiths - this branch is like the land that time forgot .....
