The usual down at heel WHS. This one had a gang of chuggers actually INSIDE the entrance doors, pouncing on shoppers as they came in and out. This is morally reprehensible but sadly to be expected from Smiths these days. Boycott this place.

Staff are normally very helpful. There is a great variety of products to choose from. You will find the post office on the first floor. They have a lift and an escalator to access this floor. I have never seen it empty, which is a good sign for a business premise.

Went for 11+ resources and found books and was satisfied. Books were not priced labelled properly, some were priced some not, had a shock at check out but was committed to buy books. One hopes pricing will improve to estimate cost at check out.

It has a lot of pros such as having a lot of arts and crafts supplies as well as lots of books. I have found many of my favourite supplies there but some supplies there are also very expansive. over all i think it is very usefull place for beginner artists, proffesionals as there are many great tools there and even somebody who just wants to get a nice book to read.

Big store and lots of choice of children's books, painting stuff, adult books, cards, magazines, cooking books and educational books, like math and English etc. Good selection of your child is an artist. Busy as store is located on 2 floors. However has a self service check out.

I think it's a nice store . Had what I wanted and a good choice of reading books. Nice layout. Very clean and tidy. And the sale is very good bagged my a bargain.

Not so busy now that they have many different ways to post your items. I was even able to sit in a corner to write up and sort out all the post I had to send. They should have a few more seating areas so we are able to write up and sort out before we post. Well done WHSmith Bromley

I come to here frequently to buy magazine. Great range of selection of magazines. Post office is upstairs. Friendly staffs.
