Would not recommend shopping here if you are a student. The staff were unaware of the offers organised by NUS and would not accept they were wrong when I showed them the terms and conditions of the offer on the NUS website.

Very helpful staff even though they are usually very busy. I always buy my printer cartridges here as they have some good offers. Really good selection of magazines too if you feel like treating yourself.

I rang the shop to ask a question as to whether Smith's had a particular product in stock. The lady with whom I spoke was very polite. She placed me on hold while she searched for the product. Although the shop did not have what I wanted, she was very polite and fiendly.

I did a review of this shop five months ago and I visited the shop again today. There were many wonderful products in stock and I just wish that I had more money to spend. I asked one of the members of staff about the location of a product and she was happy to help. The shop was very tidy. Although there were self-service tills, the members of staff did not pester people to use them, unlike some other places.

Good selection of books any occasion cards and newspapers on about putting Farnham post office in back won't work stores to small queues will be right round corner getting fumes from busses lorry cars

Great experience, they had just what I wanted in stock and with self service tills I didn't have to interact with anyone when I bought my newspaper.

Staff are so rude ! Unapproachable and threatening. One older lady with short hair is ok. The younger staff are the issue. I was laughed at for asking if they could match the price of and item they had online for £10 cheaper..

Untidy, old fashioned, disorganised and probably only still open because of the Post Office hiring the rear of the shop. Barely any staff around. Could do with a refit.

Would have liked a single pen to buy instead of pack haha, but besides, got what I wanted and Julia was friendly and helpful. 🙂👍
