Nice little shop example ofthe ubiquitous book & stationery chain.

The usual WH Smith shop; good range of stationery, "own "brand" items good quality and fair prices. Very good range of magazines also - just about every mag anyone wants. Book stock so so, but plenty of TV tie ins and TV cook books.
Enjoyed my visit here, will call again soon.

Its always been an easy shop to use and not bad value either.

Love the shop but some of the staff are rude and as miserable as sin. Looking at Lego and told not to feel the bags. Reading the back of a book to see if it sounded interesting and was asked if I was going to buy one. So I'll try not to go back there unless I really need a hole punch or paperclips

Grumpy old woman at the till wouldnt let my daugter feel the pollybag lego figures to try and find the one she wanted. Only shop we have ever been told no. The toy shop a few doors up were more than helpful and we spent £30 in there instead. WHSmith maybe speak to your staff about customer service.

No offense meant here. I would say that pretty generally, you know what to expect with WHSmith. Organised, tidy and this branch has a Post Office... hooray!!
