Vexed that my wife came home from visiting this store to tell me how rude and unhelpful the staff were when she tried asking questions about DHL service. Sounds like the staff should spend less time talking to each other and more time being helpful to customers!

One of my favourite places. Very warm, welcoming and tidy. Offers one of the best customer services. Sells a very good range of products at reasonable prices.

I have recently visited Barnet WHSmith and was very impressed with how neat and tidy the store looks now compared to before. Well done to the hard working staff there.

Customer service is excellent and the staff are very competent and do their job very well.

The main let down was the actual shop itself. The store was gloomy and, despite offering a wide range of products, charged exorbitant amounts for the most trivial of things. I feel that WHSmith is a dying brand and the Works (which is directly opposite the store) offer exactly the same products at much more down to earth prices.

Very nice and helpful ladies work there, much better place to buy books than nearby Waterstone's.
