Today it was the second time when I asked the personnel about a product I couldn't find. I've already spent some time searching for it, so then I turned for advice. However, both times the employees did not know if the product was in store and only directed me to a section where the product might me but didn't help me find it.

Very disappointed with the WHS in Palmerston Road. Never has anything I'm after, including simple items like cardboard magazine racks. Not worth the time to stop in.

Very disappointed, I made a shipment by DHL, the agent declared my package for a much higher value, now I have to pay more taxes in the destination country and then they do not help to solve the problem. bad service
