Awful.
My friend suffers from a medical condition (a physical one), and one of the symptoms is being short for his age. He is 17. He is LEGALLY allowed to buy a lottery ticket, or a scratch card. So, he says to the man at the desk very politely "Please may I have a scratchcard?". And pulls out a copy of his passport. Saying his age, and everything there is to prove that he is 17. The man at the desk claims it's FAKE. He even has an NUS card. This proves everything. This is disgraceful staff behavior and we're fed up of your maturity, stupidity and we will NEVER come here again.
We have even gone to another store and it's been accepted.
Come on, grow up.

Staff are helpfully store is cleaner than a supermarket and the product is well presented. I wanted a leather journal which I found. Last one and was slightly damaged so manager gave me some discount on it. Was very pleased. Very nice selections of pens I might add, I was tempted to buy a new quality pen but had to stop myself to save money

I like the selection. Staff are actually friendly. Kudos to how they handle customers who are clearly in the wrong. They carry the comics I love. Love upstairs. Bookworm heaven

Just average. Never like scanning machines. Still prefer staff to serve me. At least they do in this branch.

Shop looked tired had a wait to be served downstairs (I had to go find someone and ask to be served) and upstairs book part was absolutely deserted. Children's book section was okay, but limited and books near twice the price of Amazon. Would prefer to buy books in an actual book shop but this place isn't helping itself.

Does what it says on the tin. Compact, has the basics. Bit expensive. Self checkouts are good. Good range of pens and fancy stationary for gifts. Not much else one can say about it really.

A great range of magazines, books, stationery and other items and all reasonably priced.
