The product was good but the staff where not at all helpful. They just ignored my presence entirely until I went to pay and then when I commented on their products I was met with a blank stare and the other member of staff was on his phone. Ignorance is why I shall not be back to make any other purchases.

I go into this shop with my daughter often. Although the products are a little garish and somewhat overpriced, the staff were wonderful and helpful when I asked. I would purchase from this shop again

Really poor customer service staff just ignore you and when asking about back packs told there is our selection and walked off. Sorry for disturbing your day smiggle staff
