I purchased crisps which expired the day after I purchased them! Given the high throughput of such items here then this was disgraceful.

An average book shop that has a good selection of books and snacks. It also has electorics too like earbuds and portable chargers for buying.

Awful shop, items not coding correctly, long queues at till to sort out. Will avoid in the future

I will NEVER shop with wh smith again bought a book on website for my niece for christmas said would be here with 3 days 2 weeks later still no book and not one email from wh smith. I have sent 2 emails had bo reply and also been left on hold for over 30 mins to customer service. One thing for sure I will make sure everyone k ow about the bad service I have recieved

Handy shop before heading to departures, however some of the prices are a bit ridiculous. Cigarettes costing £4 more per pack than outside shops.

Was in Soul & Grain LCY looking at what to eat when I noticed a brand new WHSmith had opened in the Airport. I was planning to go in there next when I saw the staff closing the shutters with customers inside! On google it states that the shop closes at 9pm however as you can see by the photo I’ve posted, the shutters were completely shut with customers trapped inside. I don’t know what was happening but it seems very unprofessional. Who is running this shop??? (Video turnt into photo taken 7:47pm, Thursday November 2022)

There are several wh smith' at lcy. The employee at the airside one closest to gate 2b, didnt bother at all when a price was incorrectly shown. "You have to pay tge price in the system". When I asked him to remove the wrong price tag, he ignored me. He didnt care at all. Unfortunately the other airside shops were closed.
