This has long been one of my favourite shops in town. The stationery section has a very good range of stuff. Reliable and really good to have this resource in town. Strange to say, this is the only place I know of where you can buy a 2B pencil. They have a few plush toys for kids too. Friendly staff. The bookshop upstairs is disappointing from my point of view. Non-fiction especially is poor.

Good range of products and the best place by far for those magazines nobody else stocks like sci-fi or specialist ones. Self service tills are really awful though. Slow and always claiming the product is the wrong weight

If I could give you no stars I would the post office is the worst it's ever been and your good name is now connected to it.

There's a really great selection of products at this location but the costs seem well above what I am used to. I paid around £3 for a very small pack of index cards and pens were quite pricey as well. Still, if you need specific stationery items, you're sure to find what you're looking for.

As a WH Smith shop it's fine, although since The Post Office moved in there's inevitably only half as much stock. The Post Office bit is too small and if you're unlucky enough to go there when none of the windows are manned then you'll find the self service machines and plethora of forms and stickers very user unfriendly. There is an assistant to help, who does their best, but with everyone struggling to use these contraptions they have their work cut out for them. Bring back humans!

I came to this store around 2:45pm on 25/11/2022 and went to the post office to collect a D1 form for drivers license. To my dismay one of the employees of the post office had been extremely aggressive towards me and getting frustrated by no fault of mine. The store wasn't particularly busy but he was just extremely angry and continued to speak rudely towards me and other customers. He wore a frown the entire encounter and even threw the D1 form down with rage. I was very upset and disoriented by his behaviour and made my way out of the store as soon as possible. To describe this employee of yours: White, Bald, Wears Glasses, 5,8/5,9 , Brown facial hair. Please do not allow this poor level of customer service to continue.

Does anybody work there? No one near the tills or door, just 3 young lads right at the back, chatting. It's a shop lifters dream, if they like cards and magazines!
