Don't even bother going in there!!

For a company who is in a struggling industry, you'd think they would put some effort into their customer service.

ahh well, my fault for not getting an amazon prime account!

Was looking for a birthday card for my daughter and the range was very poor.

Back open again after the Covid lock-down. Good for books, newspapers, magazines and odds and ends.

The girl on the crutches. Need to sort herself out. Absolutely rude. Won't be shopping there again until she is gone and letting others know about her rudness

Haven't been in a WH Smith's for a long time,I can now see why.
Staff were not overly helpful.

Went in today didn't buy a thing staff were useless and the store is absolutely filthy the books are that dirty that they look second hand will buy online in future . Avoid

This 1 star is given based with my experience regarding new manager ( old manager was nice guy for many years). She can't be bothered to serve clients already for a week. For example if manager stands next to you while you filling up lotto ticket numbers for the person who has disability ( I always come to this branch to do this for him) and knows that tills are not working and can't even bother to tell that tills are closed, only self check out .. not really decent human behavior, while the whole store is empty at early opening morning..I attached pix as well.

Very helpful team, specially an employee called Sana, who help me find a solution today…
