Standard Hospital shop

Good shop!
Got a few nice things from here during my stay in hospital!

Frequently closed for no apparent reason, not open when the signs say they should be. 840 on a Sunday still not open.

An average WHSmiths, with inflated prices to take advantage of the sick & needy..

What a life saver being able to grab those little bits that you forgot to take with you into hospital, in addition a variety of snacks and food and drinks to tide you over.

Opening hours, according to sign in shop, are 7 to 7. In our 2 night stay with our son it's been closed by 6.40pm both nights and not open when we tried it at 7.30am this morning.

Being in hospital is bad enough, but when you're going down to a shop within their opening hours to regularly find they're shut, it just makes a hard situation even more difficult.

It’s 10:30 on a Sunday and it’s closed? Usually there’s a sign at least explaining why or when it will be open but nothing this time.

Poor Customer Service from a lady with skin tags and it got too much to remind her of her customer service skills, forget greeting a customer, not suggestive, no upselling @ the i remembered her of her customer service skills and try to be more interested in job than damaging WHS reputation
