I think the store could be improved by the staff being more knowledgeable on the products and where they are, and by the staff being quicker & more efficient in the service they give. And more enthusiastic and willing to help. I remember one time I was in a bit of a rush and I was looking for a certain type of folder I had seen the week before in Putney so I went to til to ask for help as there shelves looked very disorganised so I thought maybe I just can’t see where they’ve put it. It took them 10 minutes to get from desk to other end of store to look for & find it, and the shop was not busy at all , I was the only customer at the til, & there were two staff on the till.

Good supply of things but the organisation and layout needs a little consideration. Was looking for a ring binder folder and found them in 4 different places. It was a little frustrating. Staff also do not see very knowledgeable on their available offers

The site is well stocked and has everything you need for school or for your stationery need. It's a bit pricey compared to Amazon, but you have the joy of walking around a physical shop

Amazing staff! Two young men were exceptional in delivering good service and were extremely friendly, they clearly had a good bond between them too which showed good staff communication. Kadeem and Connor i believe.

The manager was very helpful. She helped us with and issue we had with a previous purchase. She went the extra mile to try and solve the problem.

Very friendly girl on the til with glasses and a warm demeanour. Most of the cashiers in here are helpful and kind and there is an excellent selection of books and magazines to peruse in the aisles

I come to this store frequently to buy an energy bar. Actually, used to. At that time it was usually quiet (during the week, around 11 a.m.-13:00 p.m.) The store is pretty big, the layout is good and it`s also tidy. It`s easy to find the product you`re looking for because theres sufficient space in between the rowes. Recommended.
