Heathrow terminal 3. The right place to buy a bottle of water or a plug adaptor before leaving the country. Priced within reason for an airport.

This is fine, more of less as you'd expect at the airport. A good selection of books to see you through the longest flight or day on the beach. This is a small branch but is good enough.

Great selection dark chocolate. Decent prices for travel items, books and food.

Was looking for a SIM card for data access for my multi-city Europe trip. The store next to it was pushing the expensive roaming prepaid data Sim cards. The Indian sales lady here helped me to choose a local (UK) SIM card that gives roaming data access throughout Paris, Geneva, Venice and Amsterdam with no issues at all. Moreover, she helped me install the SIM card and did the setup too! Great service, WHSmith!

Very bad.. they sold sim with a tariff for 20 pounds but once I have bought the sim and when I had issues , they did not help at all.. also the tariff they sold is different from actual tariff of the sim. They are cheaters . Don't buy Ter..please don't buy sim or anything Ter.

Pack of cigarettes from WHSmiths at Terminal 3 Arrivals £20 is ludicrous, exploitative and should be illegal.
