I go there frequently as they got a post office in the back...also a big selection of greeting cards, the most trending books and stationaries. It's worth to take a look around after you post your parcels etc as they often got really good offers! I got countless birthday and Christmas presents from there for a bargain!

The queue was way too long at the post office counter. AND what exactly is the point of the self-service machine if you have to wait 5-10 minutes for an assistant to swipe the bar code reader? Get it together #WHSmith. Your service is massively let down by the post office service. Shame!

I was there for the post office, which is convenient, but the state of the shop is very depressing. No doubt, you can find what you need, but from the dimness of the lighting and the lack of window dressing, the store is very uninviting.

More often than not the post office machines are down and huge queues are generated for the manned post office tills. This is not mitigated in any way when there's only 1 person behind the tills and a queue of 1 whole hour to get seen.
Advice to management, get more people behind the tills if there are always so many issues with the machines.

Small branch. Friendly staff. Post Office at back which was really busy. I just wanted a chocolate which was fine!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR STATIONERY - everything downstairs is locked down even the pens. As they are unwilling to put staff downstairs, everything is focussed on deterring thieves rather than servicing their customers. Avoid!
