Day 2 Day Stationery

Was harassed by this company for months to try and get me to buy stuff from them, I didn't. Near Christmas they called me and I was promised that if I placed an order with them they would send us a box with 70 chocolate bars - guess what? We never received the chocolates. Their reply? It was a freebie so we don't have to give it to you. Customer and manager service is absolutely appalling. In their eyes, THEY are always right, NOT the customer. Will never ever order from them again as they lied and did not fulfil their promise.

1st class service from Day 2 Day Stationery! Always quick delivery on all orders and never a problem if we need to change anything. Nice touch when you find a lovely box of biscuits or chocolates thrown in now and again for good measure. Would 100% recommend!

Very unpleasant experience, highly do not recommend this company. Very digressive and rude sales managers, we were dealing with them on a few occasions and every-time it was something wrong with the order, with the invoice etc. and i was bullied into accepting whatever been sent.
After the sales person, by mistake send the wrong ink cartridges and were shouting at me when I asked to change for the right ink. He got sucked eventually. We have received apologises since then and thought we will give them another chance, but then my boss asked me to remove his email from their marketing distribution list. I've emailed them few times over 2 months without any result, then I've called to speak to the manager from whom we received emails, who said that i have nothing better to do and instead of press delete i need to waste 5 minutes of his time then hang up on me, I've called back and asked if he can make sure the email is deleted as it goes to the wrong person, he screamed that he has 15 thousands emails and the IT department will deal with it and it will be removed at some point. We decided not ever use this company in the future and blocked it. It's not just one rude sales manager it's just their company culture. I hope it will change and wish them best.

I stumbled across Adam when our current supplier retired.I was a little hesitant having dealt with the same people for many years. Adam has taken over our supply needs and does a very good job his products are great and his prices are even better than our old supplier. Adam will go out of his way to meet your needs and make sure you are happy. When I have called the office I have found all the staff at Day 2 Day to be helpful and professional. we hope to be dealing with them for a while to come.
