Probably the neatest book/card/magazine sections I've ever seen. Complete contrast to the checkout area where all sorts of lollies, chocolate and random items are shoved in as a last ditch attempt to make a sale.

There's a lot to find in this store: a great kids and young adult section, including manga and graphic novels, educational and travel games, smartphone accessories and stationery, traditional items like writing pens and modern selections that are essentially Smiggle rip offs.

There were minimal staff but the store was fairly well organised and easy to navigate. Not the coolest place, but good for books and stationery.

Shocking!!!! I have never seen such rude employees. They told us to stand in the queue then genuinely shouted ( and I mean shouted) at us to move because there is no queue there. People jumping the queue beacuse they were not told off.Usually post office staff is rude but I can't express how shocking this was, so bad I almost went out crying and not to mentioned I abandoned even posting my envelope in the end because I could not tolerate the abuse.

Awful service, popped in to buy a drink. All of the self service checkouts needed attention so no one could use them. One person on checkout, who was very slow, massive queue, and the check out was only taking cash.

For WHSmith benefit this is the Westfield white city post office location, as I'm clearly not going to email you after having left a review here already where the location is literally pinned on the map. The Post Office at this location is the worst I have ever experienced. After deciding to give it another go yesterday after several prior poor experiences with nonexistent or rude staff in the past, as I was going to Westfield and needed to post a package. I turned up to find it was completely shut at 4pm in the afternoon. Not a bank holiday and not a postal strike day. This branch is consistently the worst and I'm reviewing here as when I contacted royal mail to complain they said it is WHSmith jurisdiction, not theirs.

post office, few snacks, books and stationery always available. it's the only place in Westfield to buy books and magazines!
