WHSmith

Really disappointed with the service I have received today at my local WHSmith.I was trying to send a parcel and needed to buy some stationary I have approached 2 members of staff that were just tidying for help and I was told that it was a self service store and needed to get it done myself .And when I said that I was disappointed with their service the member of staff Asif said I was abusing him mentally .
However the people at the post office were very helpful and polite -take note WHSmith staff!!!!

I'm not a fan of W H Smith in general, and although I go in quite often it's my second choice, as there is a well established local stationers across the road next to St Luke's church. This W H Smith now accommodates the local post office (although the parcel office is still at the top of Bridge Street).

This is the worst WHSmith post office ever! It is so badly managed. This man Harry who manages it, is rude, lazy and totally unco-operative. I cannot understand how he has been made manager. Sundays it is supposed to be open but its not due to staff sickness apparently! Probably because they couldn't be bothered to get out of bed and the manager can hardly pull his weight! The worst service I have received is at this Pinner branch! What are WHSmith doing taking over post offices when they can't run them? I understand loads of complaints have been made about this manager but absolutely Nothing is being done about him! Its pointless making complaints because the staff don't care, the manager doesn't care, WHSmith nor the Post Office care!!!!

This is a very handy little stationery store. I love my pens and they have quite a good range! Very handy that there's a post office inside too! I was so happy to get the cristal fine pens and the originals by BiC . Sad that BiC themselves have stopped making the mediúm pens as being a lefty they didn't crack as easily as the originals. But that is BiC not WHS. The staff are very helpful and really are kind.

During Christmas they had a few deals on for wrapping paper and paper bows. The items I was getting was part of a deal - cashier at the till never mentioned this, I only noticed after I paid. Long story short - they said they had to undo and redo the purchase but they just charged me more money and never reimbursed me the correct amount.

This store is amazing, the staff was so welcoming and super friendly and helped me find everything that I needed. All the products were well organised. Will definitely be buying my stationery from here everytime.

If you like being spoke too like a piece of S@£t go to the post office at the back of this shop, the rudest most unhelpfeul person i have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
went in to do a CRB online ID check, and was taken aback by the level of contempt the woman behind the business counter had for, then bassicaly threw my paper work bak at when finished.
She should not be dealing with members of the public.

I popped in today as I had a parcel to send and must say how impressed I was with one of the assistants. He took the time to show me where the cardboard boxes were and explained some technical jargon that I wasn’t too sure of. In this day and age, where customer service is going down the pan, it’s good to see some people still value it. I believe his name was Dan. On a slight negative note, some of the ladies who work there, could take a leaf out of his book. It’s as if they’re totally disinterested in exuding any warmth, thus making me feel like an inconvenience.
