Great place for stationary, cards and ideas for office organisation. Clean, wide and well replenished, it has a colourful and diverse variety of goods - from painting to write, to cards to pens, it also good for readers - a large session dedicated to newspapers and books! Friendly and helpful staff. I always pay a visit!

One of my favourite places to visit. They stock a wide range of books, cards and stationery. I really like the downstairs as well. The staff are very friendly and offer such a great service.

Poor service told by the cashier at the usual till to use self service till only to pay for a couple of store items, unless lottery items, when the usual till would be ok. You can't make it up! Returned both items and walked out in disgust.

Poor service, not enough people to manage the store, rubbish everywhere, needs a strong manager who can manage the store and team leader who can lead the team, lots to be done

The Palace Gardens Enfield store is a very "awkward" and unpleasant store to visit. Staff are clearly miserable, and this reflects in the manner in which you're either treated or ignored as a customer. 🙁

All staff here very kind except a woman on the till (I guess she is Chinese).She is extremely rude. Please don’t employ this very rude woman as a cashier.

Had to wait a long time in the queue. 2 people on the till and only one serving. Store looked messy.
