Awful customer service. Did not accept o2 voucher as did not know how to put it through the till. Management please teach your staff how to do their job!

Ignorant, unhelpful staff is what has see an end to HMV, Patiserie Valerie, the Post Office, Domino, Commet etc. I WH Smith is heading on the same path to extinction. Never before has the saying "pay peanuts, get monkeys" been more clear.
