Never understand how Smith survives mist expensive shop for what it sells don't sell dvds anymore so another reason not to go in but this particular store has got to be worst size store the amount of places smiths could move to in letchworth and at least have decent size stocked store I am amazed it still stays in this pokey little building

Visited first time to get a snack, the shop appeared very quiet and limited on product choice. It's more like a newsagent. Many reduced items at the front of the store which appeared to be items that were difficult to sell such as a cadbury biscuit for £0.40p. Friendly counter staff, shop products were nicely displayed. Recommend if in area.

Staff rude and just push between customers without any manners what so ever plus the branch could be far less crowded with books magazines and such like all over the floor. Untidy?

They were unable to order the book I wanted but were polite and made a suggestion as to where I could go.

Too cramped. There is no need for everything to be so near the door and it means the till area is just too cramped & nowhere for people to queue without blocking shelves
