My God !!! I have been to this post office 3 times on visiting Wallington and could not help but notice the unfriendly and miserable looking post office counter staff member . This woman seem to be constantly moaning on the quiet to her fellow colleague about life and the people in general whilst keeping her customers waiting . Disgusting service. To the woman behind the PO counter if you are not happy working there get another job or retire ! and no matter how much you wisper we can hear you.

Extremely rude, Moody staff. I understand it's stressful to be busy but no need to take it out on customers. Decided not to buy my wrapping paper, cards and books from here because of this experience with the post office staff.

Very lovely young lady with dark hair helped me get an envelope, and back into the queue for the post office. You were amazing having to deal with a lilac haired, glasses wearing stress head, wandering around the shop saying FFS. Thank you so much.

I am still horrified ! This morning I was going through some magazines in that shop and the lady staff came to me and asked to stop! I couldn’t believe the treatment you get even in this era! I was just there for few minutes to choose a magazine! Horrible experience this time ! I used to buy magazines & lottery tickets from there! But I won’t even look from now on ! Is it to do with staff behaviour or discriminatory treatment? 😕 very sad

When I go to collect my orders from this store the staff are always friendly, very kind, very polite and they are always very helpful.

This has everything that I want in the Chocolate & Sweets section in this store.

Yesterday when I pop into the WHSmith store in Wallington to go and collect my order I received a Card, a Gift 🎁 from all of the Staff, the Manager, I received my Card, my Gift from Paige, Marie, Lorraine, Darren and from Dan the Manager yesterday.

They are simply the best.

I went to get some gift cards this morning to use for physio therapy by playing games, as I have cerebral palsy to be informed that the manager thinks that I am being scammed. WOULD he prefer me to have my right hand amputated because I AM NOT able to get an appointment with a physio, I keep being sent to a plastic surgeon.

As with all WH Smiths, highly priced and a hit and miss as to whether you get what you want. However, this one is even worse that its near-by competitors as the staff are obnoxious, rude and surly. If I want to pay more high levels of cash for stationary and cards I will be sure not to attend this very poorly serviced branch. Teach your staff how to SMILE and not be so RUDE!

I popped into this shop on Saturday evening,. It was obviously close to closing time which I had not realised. I was in there for approx 5 minutes when another lady walked in. I could here the man, whom I assumed was in charge shouting at her and then realised that he was shouting at us both. "We are closing, come to the till now or leave" Then he said " are you ignoring me". It was very intimidating and rude and I will never shop there again.
