Convenient post office upstairs but there's usually a queue. This goes down quite quickly, especially if you use the new self service stations. There's always someone around to help you with those. There's a big selection of stationery and books as you would expect. And you can put the lottery on here too.

Used the Post Office within store whilst visiting Worcester. Wanted to use the Cashier as had several parcels but was told to use new self service tills.. staff then walked away when we explained we'd never used them before. Prefer using cashiers as know I'm paying the correct price re weight and sizes for items and knowing I've handed items over to post. Not a great experience at all. Will be sticking to my local Post Office as the self service tills are an awful introduction.

I was truly shocked today at the Post Office: pathetic service. I waited about 25 minutes, having to sit down on the floor as I could not stand, and there was nowhere to sit. One cashier on her own was counting coins, and the queue grew to about 10. Apparently we are to be forced to serve ourselves. But the 'self-service' bit always leaves me having to ask for help anyway. What a waste of time! The second employee busied herself around the self-service tills rather than help the queue. I was appalled.

Busy as hell. Lady on the till was very stressed and moaned constantly about the lottery machine. I appreciate your having a bad day, but if things are that bad, then maybe get a new job?

Rude management and staff, abused Vodafone VeryMe offer by refusing to accept free item voucher whilst it had been valid. Staff and mangement refused to even listen etc.. not first time when management and staff members are talking with arrogance. I will avoid to go into this store in the future.

Service in this post office is appalling. Friday lunchtime only one till open and a rude member of staff on self service check out. More signage needed so we know which queue to join having said that I don't intend to use this office again.
