I never thought WHSmith would become that something special in the high street but over time they have remained while their competitors have fallen. Always good for grabbing that odd magazine, some which you cannot find at supermarkets and smaller newsagents.

High street brand fighting for its piece of the shoppers purse. Nothing you can't buy elsewhere and some items over priced in my opinion. Card department well stocked, magazines tidy and staff helpful.

It's been years since I set foot in WH Smith. I can't say if it was a blast from the past but at 30 I walked in and bought a Mr Men book. I'm not sure how they keep going but I'm glad they do! Everyone was very friendly :)

I went in to browse the clearance books and to buy a magazine for which the shop is very good. They have the best selection of magazines in my opinion and they are also good for stationary items. However, the actual layout of the shop is feeling very dated and it doesn't have the visual appeal of other shops on the high street.

Overall, it is a good shop when you are after specific items but not somewhere that makes you feel like having a good browse.

I like this store, and hope that in the future isn't a shop that disappears. It has a very good range of reading material, confectionery, cards and stationery. Bright, well stocked and serviced. A big thumbs up.

Awful service. Got served by Philip this morning & he had the worst customer service I've had in a very long time

My little boy had an accident outside here and herons foods. I ask the man working if I could use an ice pack as he was crying loads, he wouldn’t even go and look just said don’t think so. Pretty sure they would have a first aid kit.
