It's a post office. Queues are generally smaller than most other ones I've been to, and the parcel collection has decent hours (open until 20:00 on Wednesdays and 14:00 on Saturdays).

The stuff are very unprofessional and unhelpful. They have checked my passport application it was wrong passport office send back to submit more evidence I went with the passport office recied to collect my refund but they refused to refund for me one guy from front desk went and talked to the man advised him not to refund . I will never go there and won’t recommend any one to go there . Thanks

The times on here are wrong. I struggle to get my post and parcels as my postman is useless and they close earlier than this says. Always have issues here

0 stars actually! Rude and incompetent staff. No name badges, so people could only be identified by their ethnicity (apologies for that). (Indian decent) man claiming to be the manager completely clueless and (Asian/Oriental) lady with an attitude. Both speaking broken English, so difficult to understand. Lack of good manners to top it up! These people are tarnishing Royal Mail's reputation. Avoid this place!

The Asian lady there had a bit of attitude, she gave me dirty and funny look and looked to other customer to make fun of me because i said “ Guaranty delivery” but sounded like “ warranty”, and she said “ guaranty not warranty”. Ok I appreciated that she corrected my english but could be in a friendly way, I hope she can speak my language in my country like I speaking English here!

Always great customer service whenever I have been here. Sometimes a queue, but generally much shorter than other local ones. Convenient location.

Very friendly helpful staff. Good stock of a wide variety of stationary supplies. Easy to get to.

Double check when they weight your parcels. They'll try to scam you. Be especially be wary of the indian and the chinese behind the counter.
