Sadly used too shop here alot but never do they have what you want in stock if they do the prices are so over the top you walk away laughing. It's a shame used too be the place too go for everyday stationary and magazines.

This is the only shop in the hospital and that is the only reason they make any money. The selection isn't great and the cost is ridiculous, they have a captive audience and they exploit that. However the staff are helpful

Decent shop but very poor customer service. I wasn't the only customer asking for help with the meal deals - it's not that clear and when you're in hospital you're not quite 100% focussed anyway. Staff were complaining about confused customers to each other across the shop floor. First worker I asked for help brushed me off, the second one grudgingly helped me.

The queue to enter was about 10 minutes by this I'm not moaning I'm pleased as this shop has adjureded to the social distancing measures so we'll, got what I needed which was the post office and some birthday cards thank you whsmith great customer service thank you x

No much choice amongst the predominately unhealthy and shockingly overpriced items. taking advantage of patients and hospital workers. Surely something needs to be done by the NHS bosses.

Shocking service this morning. Both self service checkouts out of order. Lady stocking shelf completely ignored me, didn’t even reply when I was asking her to serve me. Totally unacceptable.

I've just been denied to buy something because the guy working there at 8.30 pm closed to go to smoke claiming he was on break even though the shop closes at 9 and told me to wait, because anyway I was on break too

NOT open 24hrs, apparently closes at 9pm but it was closed 5 mins before that. No other shops around!
