Great selection of stationery, although the items are a little on the pricy side but I suppose the quality makes up for that.

It's got everything you'd expect any WH Smith store to have. Call and check what you're after before you go. Good telephone answering service. Friendly staff.

WHSmiths is a really good quality store offering plenty of help if needed on a wide range of items such as stationary for young & old, books and if they don't have what you want in they can usually order it for you, toys & gifts again for young and old, magazines .
As a kid I loved getting something from WHS & now as an adult it's even better.

Typical WHS, though considering the size of Blackburn shopping centre this is a relatively small store with limited stock. A missed opportunity since there is no other serious book shop in Blackburn!

Don't bother trying to redeem vouchers for freebies on O2 Priority in this store as they never seem to have any of the stock available. Staff were not very helpful either.

As a bookseller and stationer, not the greatest range of product. More like a stack 'em high, sell' em cheap jumble sale which can only trade on its household name for so long before people finally migrate to amazon etc. And no, I don't want a multi-pack of chocolate with my purchase.

Small selection but every type of thi g you want. They have a sale section in front with some reasonable bargains. Although books remain pricey.

Expensive and unhelpful staff. Staff member told my daughter they don’t do students but previously she got a discount in the same store and on the official website they offer student discounts.
