A bizzare shop that is a ghost of its former self. It no longer has a purpose and you can sense that it's days are numbered. This particular branch gets an extra star because you'll find the remains of a beautiful ornamental medieval fireplace upstairs. It's right next to the section announcing "Printing at home!" like computer printers are a fabulous new invention. To be fair, if I thought I could sell ink at that price I'd be excited too.

A large shop over two floors. Comprehensive stock but could do with a re-merch! We were looking for filofax stuff and, with no assistant upstairs to ask, it took ages to locate the display. Typical of many WH Smith branches, the stock is displayed on units that are too tall for comfort.

We popped in, as fully grown adults, having noticed they stock Muppet Lego... and the lady that served us upstairs was basically awesome. Helped us get the little figurines and was just super helpful and fun. Our off the cuff trip in made our day. Shopping in Worthing isn't always fun and the staff member is a total representation of what retail should be.

Been into store twice for passport renewal and they said they MIGHT open it later.. Not good enough.!
You either provide the services advertised (which is down to the mood of your staff on the day apparently).
As holiday dates cost money to put back.. As getting a British passport is now down to whether I'm an immigration seeker, and not native English.

Post office staff are very efficient. Sherley, the Manager, is very easy going and easily goes extra mile.

A midsiz store with a good range of products. Store was well laid out with plenty of choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Pre ordered a book to get a free book with it as part of a special offer, turned up on the day of release but told 'sorry no free books left, it is only while stocks last'. Scammers!!! Next time I will just order on Amazon.
