Really nice place. Tons to look at and lots of different things i didn't think they would have. I came into the place to get a label maker and a new sketch pad, i didn't really know where to look, but the people there where more than helpful and were able to even tell me truthfully what would be good to get and what isn't.
Great place, will be using here for all my art stuff supplier.

Very efficient service and clean environment. Contains a variety of things needed from books to stationary and had an electronic section upstairs. I went here in my childhood to get new books. Very friendly staff and always somewhere interesting to browse.

Good selection of books covering lots of categories. Decent selection of stationary. You can get a fair few products a lot cheaper in other high street shops though so shop around.

Lovely shop but whenever I go to the post office there’s only one or two people working this section; and, as a result, the queues are to the back of the store. The staff are friendly but there aren’t enough to deal with the post office demand, despite there being several counters. This means there’s always a 15+ min wait for anyone needing to use this service.

W.H.Smith Stationery shop, Bexleyheath, located in the Broadway Shopping Centre and adjacent to Bexleyheath Clock Tower bus stops. One of my top favourite shops - certainly No.1 regarding my monthly magazines and many books and Stationery purchased here regularly in the past. I heavily rely on this famous retail establishment for my books and magazines, and this retail outlet has served me mighty proud with every item obtained and purchased here at this branch. Equally, I can honestly say the same for other W.H.Smith branches in the U.K. local and further afield. Although I do praise competitors Waterstone books 📚 also for their specialism in this market too. Many thanks to W.H.SMITH and staff here at Bexleyheath for providing me with all of your brilliant magazines, books, and Stationery - I truly treasure favourably always! This branch has a Post Office upstairs with a lift provided to the first floor. This branch ive always found clean, organised, tidy, and good lighting with reasonably spacious isles in between. Also easily accessible ( for the disabled too!) from outside on the Broadway and inner entrance/ exit within the Shopping Mall. Toilets ( first floor) and a multi - stored car park( floors levels 2 and 3) connected with lifts and stairways. The staff very kind and helpful I've found. Keep up the good tradition 👏 W.H.Smith, you have been going a long time in business. All the very best in the competitive future. Regards from a very happy and loyal customer 😊, Chris.👍

Have They Given Up? I was greeted by the travel guides just inside one of the two entrances. The carpet is disgusting. Nothing is being 'pushed' or displayed prominently. I went in to buy Bob Mortimer's book and thought it might have it's own display as a new release from a current & popular figure. i found it on one of the standard display's amongst the other options. It wouldn't even cost anything to make more effort than this. Such a shame from one of the high street's most prominent and best loved stores.
