shop is good itself. Many things to chose from. Good deal you can find there as well. Staff was not very friendly and willing to help. I have NUS student card which should give me discount for ART items from the shop. The staff was trying to convince me that WHSmith doesn't have this discount, the check on the system and yes they do. Bought big pack of Sharpies pens which some how is not under the ART section.

Good store. For magazines. Print cartridges. Ect.

Some items can be quite pricey..like pafded envelopes? £3 for one when anothet shop can give you 3-4 for a £1!. It goes for other items too...

Poor customer service. Ordered a cd for collection. Went to collect and item was damaged. Given a refund but was told I would have to reorder from home as apparantly you can't place orders it in store. Wasted journey and no purchase. Supervisor couldn't of care a less.

I like this store, it's got that great stationary book scent, if any stationary/book geeks can resonate. I only bought tip ex today, but the man was helpful, thank you, Louise

No service at all. No staff on check out till. Had to use auto check out. Then when pressed for assistance, no one came. After 5 minutes, gave up and left store without purchases. Then people question why high street stores are dying! Appalling non-service

Nice book shop, but prices seem high.
Alongside books and stationery they also seek some other items (food).

Quick service and friendly staff.

Never really sure how this shop has survived...always seems rather expensive. That said, I do love a pen and they have a good magazine section
