Do not shop at InMotion WHSMith's, they are not competitive. I was charged £40 over priced for the same Bose headphones and their customer service when I tried to return them would not accept a return as they were opened. Beware, do you research, dont expect that you are getting a good price just because you are at the airport, total rip off.

Rude staff. Passive aggressive comments made by the man working on self-checkouts after I apologised for mishearing him. Not sure why he had to be so rude as it’s the last thing customers need when it’s busy. Not great as a customer when you’re trying to be the nicer one in the conversation.

Very low stock of sandwiches by 16:50 on a monday night. Only ham and cheese sandwiches remaining, and very little else available as part of the meal deal.

The heater blasts really hot air onto your head when you are choosing soft drinks. It is way too hot

A WH Smith employee treated me with disrespect and insulted me on Monday the 23rd of August at 12:15 pm. I tried to get her name but the other employee in the shop said he did not really know her and he thought her name was Sharon. Grey hair, short in height, 55+ looking lady, she should be fired for insulting customers and not caring about her job.
