Busy WH Smith’s in the middle of Amersham high street. Has everything to suit your standard stationary needs. Staff are friendly and helpful. They shop is will kept and well stocked. Good range of latest books available for adults and children at great prices.

Poor customer service. Staff do not acknowledge your presence, and there's rarely anyone at the till so you have to serve yourself on the self-service machine.

The item I wanted was half price on the website but full price in store. The staff were unable to honour the lower price so I decided to put the item back. The staff member told me she will put the item back because it now needs to go into quarantine! I wonder if they quarantine every item a customer touches in store?
