Large shop incorporating Post Office. Not too many manned tills but 1 self service. Quite well stocked including stationery cards and books. Lottery available here and drinks confectionery and ice cream. Wheelchair friendly and 1 automatic door.

I would like to thank the counter staff at whsmith crewe for their kindness towards a gentleman with special needs / a learning disability during my visit to the store on 1.6 19. Unfortunately he was criticised by an aggressive customer for 'pushing in' and was sent to the back of the queue. Your staff had clearly seen what had happened and engaged him chatting and smiling and taking the time to ask him about his plans for the day. I am sure that he left the store feeling valued and in a better place than he had after being challenged by the other customer. Thank you .

Nothing like it's former self. If otwasnt for the post offfice being in there then i think it would be closed. Almost no one in there. Great selection of books, magazines, stationary, etc but long gone is the dvd and cd department. Shame

It's ok, has a post office and Lego figures but never has the magazine in stock that I'm after and says they will keep me one but don't.

Only used for the post office inside. Girls and guys here are always friendly and helpful.

Unlike the staff in the shop who are officious, not very helpful and at time down right rude. You should never have changed your Manager who was always helpful!
