In addition to the normal WH Smith experience, this store has a clearance section upstairs with lots of discounted books, including fiction, non-fiction and children's books - well worth a look. Staff are generally friendly and helpful too.

Bought some stationary which was absolutely fine I along with this also bought a 12 rated film, I am aged 16 and a half. The worker there denied the purchase as I did not have my passport on me. I understand that you can't be too careful and the worker was only doing his job but I was shocked and embarrassed that I was denied a purchase as I could have looked under 12.

Great customer service, various stationary items to choose from, on top of a surprisingly relatively broad range of art supplies to which I regularly purchase from, particularly graphite, carbon, and charcoal pencils. Numerous art accessories and papers to choose from which benefits many artists, amateur to professional.

I've bought alot of things such as books, DVDs and giftcards here over the last couple years. I do recommend this shop for giftcards DVDs and books etc.

It’s a good store mostly, as stock goes. Great selection of magazines, arts and crafts materials and books.

The issue is staff. Every time I’ve gone in there it seems like the staff aren’t clued up as they should be. I had asked for a lucky dip for the lotto once and the poor cashier seemed to be in slow motion doing it.
Then on a different occasion, I was at the self serve, I had needed to void an item off, the two staff members were talking by the Parker pen section!

Big store in city centre. Big collection of stationery and cards. Very helpful and friendly staff. Decent prices. Totally recommended.

Staff are amazing I appreciate how nice they were when they helped me find something that was right infront of me. Anyway Amazing tangot drink. Can’t finds its anywheres elses. But sadly it’s out of stocky and I deeply saddened by it. Please restocky it.
