Security staff extremely rude and agressive to me. probably the same guy from the complaints below. The fact this guy still has a job here is beyond me.

It was a terrible experience.I waited in the line to pay a bottle of water,just a cashier when I was waiting.My blood pressure was very high and I just opened the water while waiting because I wasn't very well.Some of the staff member,a big guy was very rude saying:next time don't open before you pay it.I was trying to explain cause I wait to pay and I didn't feel very well but he insisted.Dont do it again next time.If I pay 2.29£ for one liter of water at least the staff should be polite.Very dirty inside

Intimidating and aggressive staff member (I assume the same guy being referred to in previous reviews). Really unsettling experience where I was asked to leave by the member of staff 30 seconds after entering for being on the phone while browsing the cards...? (Not talking loudly or blocking anyone's way, I might add)... I still dont understand it!! After confronting him, he denied this by stating I was 'talking rubbish' (He was so angry he was actually spitting as he spoke). I emailed a complaint but recieved only a generic reply that any 'training issues' would be dealt with by the store manager. Will avoid that store at all costs - I did not feel safe.

There's a particular staff member here who is aggressive and willfully rude. He should not be working in a customer facing role. Probably the same staff member a previous reviewer complained about.

The security man is rude, abusive, and aggressive, complained him to a member of staff, and they told me that many customers had the same issues, so how he keeps his job?!!!!
