Staff claimed it wasn't a real WHSmith when I tried to use a WHSmith voucher there

Friendly staff and good customer service.

The girl working in there this evening was a gem. She was polite and went the extra mile to make my bad day broken down much better. She deserves a pay rise. I should have got her name. God bless girl.

Simple place. Good for stop on the way from Brighton to Gatwick airport.
