Appalling service at the post office within WHSmith in Burnley town centre. Waited for over 20 minutes to collect a parcel while one counter was open. When that person finally left I was next in the queue but there was a man who had just arrived for travel money who apparently gets priority over the normal queue. Myself and the other people in the queue were disgusted with the service. I was quite polite in my complaint to the woman serving but she was positively rude and argumentative. The customer is clearly not always right at the post office. Avoid like the plague.

Would have been good if the lady on the till today when I was paying for a diary could have informed me there was 25% off. Instead she gave me a card after my payment had gone through informing me there was 25% off all 2020 diaries etc. Poor customer service.

Well laid out store butt a little tight for wheelchair users, although friendly staff are always eager to help.

Small store but we'll laid out. Lots of different products. Post Office is open all day on Saturday, with helpful staff.

Probably the most uninviting shop ever. Looks like a dungeon as one goes in. Appalling lightings.

Very pricey didn't have everything I was looking for, but it's great that it has a post office which is very practical.
