Good selection of things, despite them being highly priced, but my dad and I waited at least five minutes to be served by a staff member for a paper and nobody turned up and self-service is something we like but only if it doesn't stop people from having a job. Not worth going to if you're in the same view as us. They lost a sale.

This shop is the most dreary environment in Witney when shopping. The lighting is so dark and the shop is crammed with far too much product that their visual merchandiser should be sent on some training for! Couple this with the post office customers you basically can't move! It's a shame...Smiths has some really nice products but I only go in the Witney branch when absolutely necessary because the shopping experience is so unpleasant.

Dreadful experience this morning. One service desk out of four was manned, long queue of around 12 people and a flickering overhead light. Asked the staff to help but no helpful response at all. I had a migraine for the rest of the morning. I had to use the Post Office urgently otherwise would have left store immediately. Not good enough.

WHSmith is not the same as it used to be. Store looks empty and dark. Not much you can that you can get it cheaper in pound shop or from amazy. Couldn't find what I was looking for cause they don't stock it anymore. Post office has taken half the store now.

I thought a post office in whsmith would never work. Guess what... I was wrong.

It is run efficiently and whsmith offer a far greater better value range of stock than the post office ever did.
As for WH Smith them selves they have always offered a good range of books, notebooks, pens, magazines etc.,

The entrance and shop is suitable for disabled customers and there is disabled parking near by

Always everything you need on the stationary front but confused that their water colour painting paper varies by six pounds even though there is no sale or promotion. So it's pot luck whether I pay 12 pounds for it or six!!!!!

Disorganised and untidy with very random stock levels. Inconsistent availability of goods. Usually very crowded due to the enormous queue waiting to be badly served by the equally disorganised and untidy Post Office.

Constant queues for the post office, which is attended by seriously unprofessional staff, of whom the manager seems to be the worse.

The stationary and the rest is fine, but expensive.
