Handy place for basic stationary, books and newspapers. Only downside is that it's very cluttered, they have tried to fit as much as possible into a small store. Staff are happy and helpful.

Once bought a book and lost the receipt and the blonde woman wouldn't replace it when I found I'd bought duplicate, but they happily replaced it for me in the Swansea branch. The range of books has gone downhill in recent years and they don't have some basic top sellers and they charge like £3.79 for a tippex mouse.

Free parking, well stocked store, I can only give 4 stars because there are too many items stacked at the end of aisles making it difficult or sometimes impossible for disabled people/or prams to enter certain aisles.

Llanelli WHSmith has to have the nicest assistants working for them ....the guy on the till was really good and happy which these days is rare for youngsters!! Full range of items from books to pens .......easy access and parking is free!! Always a plus...

Full of things you didn't know you needed. Excellent stock, don’t know how they survive in today's online shopping environment. Like the free newspaper idea

Always has what I need, usually on offers on pen packs or drawing pencils, perfect for stocking up on school stuff for the kids.
