While the service from the staff was outstanding and the waitress was really friendly. The food was poor (see photo) it was dull and uninspiring and left a lot to be desired. There are plenty of other better chains out there to eat in.

I have dined here 3 times, easy booking service, adequate parking and spacious place. The meals are well made, tasty, and filling, staff service is really good. My family and I have enjoyed every meal and will be making regular visits.

Lovely place to have a meal, well kept inside & out. The food was excellent, cooked to perfection piping hot. Best mixed grill l have had in a Beefeater. The waitress was brilliant, first class service. Would recommend.

Not worth the price. Slow service and no one came to ask how the food was at any point. Joining the “rewards club” is also a joke and I still haven’t been sent my discount voucher.

Nice place with excellent staff. Limited food availability for vegetarian needs but will be fine for rest. Great attention from staff.

Got a voucher online giving 40% off main courses so decided to give this place a try. Huge car park outside with plenty of disabled spaces right outside the entrance. After all it is linked to a Premier Inn. Level all the way into the restaurant so should be wheelchair friendly.
We were told there could be a wait to be served as a function was taking place. We opted to stay and wait and we were shown to a table.
First impressions were good. The place looked clean and tidy. Did notice when another table had finished the plates were quickly cleared and the table thoroughly cleaned. My brother did use the bathroom and he said they were very clean as well. The restaurant was also nice and warm which was welcomed as the temperature outside barely got above freezing that day.
There was quite a wide ranging choice on the menu. I opted for the T bone steak, medium rare. My brother went for the Chicken with half a rack of ribs. Have to say I was impressed. My steak was lovely. Good portion of chips. With 40% off this and my brothers meal I think this represented very good value for money. Getting a T bone for approximately £15 can't be bad. Reasonable wine list as well with prices that wouldn't break the bank. The bottle of Malbec I got was £15.99 and a pint of Moretti £5.05. Very competitive with other establishments.
No issues with the service. Staff came over several times to check if everything was ok. Did consider getting a dessert. We asked for a bit of time to decide which they gave us. Decided to give desserts a miss and think it was a wise choice as we were both pretty full after our mains.
First time I have been to a Beefeater. It they keep sending out offers like this it will not be the last and I will certainly consider dining there again.

This place was right next door to the Premier Inn where we stayed for the night en route to Blackpool. looked really nice but we had a choice of the beefeater or local pub for dinner. It was close but the local pub won. went into the beefeater for Costa coffees in the morning and just looking round it looked really nice and the man behind the bar doing the coffees was so polite and helpful I almost felt guilty for not eating there. - maybe next time, but it'd certainly convenient if you are staying at the Premier Inn in Preston. loads of parking outside aswell

Came yesterday for Christmas dinner expecting the food to be lovely. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case. Paid £58 pp so would of expected a decent Christmas dinner that should of been piping hot! Instead it came out warm, under cooked with missing items. No pigs in blankets no cranberry sauce and hardly any gravy. Dessert was still frozen in the middle. So disappointed I understand they were busy but it’s your Christmas experience that you have paid a lot of money for. Certainly won’t be eating here again wouldn’t recommend Christmas dinner it was very poor.
