First time we have been here pre covid and we're disappointed with the size off the portions for the price. The potatoe dippers used to come in a bowl and the portion was massive... £5.29 for a portion that wouldn't feed a child. Sat waited for almost an hour to pay. 3 waiting staff on a busy night and they were rushed off of their feet... usually come away stuff but unfortunately not this visit! Vert disappointed!!

Smallest portion of sharing Nacho's I've ever seen.
Menu said triple fried chips they where frozen chips not handmade.
Asked for med well steak and it was well done so was a bit dry.
Not the biggest portions either for what you pay.
Paid extra for salad which was a small bowl.
Was staying in the hotel so that was the only reason we ate there, probably wouldn't eat there again.
Could of gone elsewhere like a local Indian restaurant and not paid much more for better food.

I had to ask for my salad and my sauce as they didn't bring it.
Waited over an hour as well for food

Excellent customer service - Popped in at 11:01 just to ask about breakfast, but the lady we spoke to said that breakfast is only served until 11:00. However, without being asked to, she went and checked with the kitchen and said they could still cook us something if we wanted. We ordered the full English and helped ourselves to a selection of toast, croissants, fruit, yogurt and cereal from the buffet. The coffee machine was flashing 'service required', so the same lady went and got us drinks herself.

Good food doesn't make up for bad service.

The food was fine, it took forever to come though. Also we had ordered onion rings, which never came!. The worst part is that the staff was not even bothered about all this. I kept waiving the staff, although I can see they were clearly seeing, they just ignored. While paying the bill, I thought they will apologize for the missed onion rings and bad service, but they didn't care.
Maybe because it's a chain, they don't really care about the customers, but for me, I would never go to this place again. Spoilt our whole evening!!

Terrible experience on a Sunday evening.
Booked a table, and the hostess checked table was ready, and on her return didn't speak to us, and just walked off with menus, so we assumed we were meant to follow her.
Drinks order took ages to be taken, and even longer to arrive.
The server was young and new, and was struggling.
Our food took ages to come out, and was given to THE WRONG TABLE. That table happily ate our food, even though we were told that they hadn't ordered some of the meals they consumed.
When we were told the mistake had happened, we were told our meals would take another 20 minutes.
We request the bill as didn't wish to wait what would have been 2 hours from when we sat down.
We were still required to pay for our drinks even though we had been messed around.
Next time we're driving to Bagshot. Service is quicker and never had my meal go to wrong table.
Wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

10 of us had Christmas Dinner today and it was absolutely amazing. The portions were big and all the dishes tasted great. Loved the scallops and the sirloin Wellington especially. All the waiting staff were lovely despite having to give up their day with their families. Will be back next year. Thanks for making our day great.

Honestly an appalling experience. In short, the service was slow, and far and few between, and it's not like the restaurant was busy. Our soda tasted bad and we asked to get it changed and was met with a level of passive aggression and suggested we get bottles ("do you want something else?" in a tone of inpatience) after being told "there's nothing wrong with it". Our server took our order without writing anything down, and then had to double check what we wanted, and we watched them do this with 2 other tables. Our food was brought to us and put on the table without the server saying anything. There was no check in to make sure everything was okay with our meal. Both the burger and the pasta we ordered were chewy and had the consistency of food that had been reheated. Due to the lack of communication, my partner was not told the dish his cannelloni was in was incredibly hot, and so he burnt his finger on it. A customer from another table had to get up and flag down a server because no one was paying them any attention. The accessible toilet was broken and blocked, and when I flagged this to a staff member behind the bar, he huffed and rolled his eyes before going to lock the bathroom. The other toilets also had a blocked cubicle. The entire visit was chaotic, uncomfortable and unprofessional, and we left feeling disappointed and scammed out of £34. I'm absolutely not the kind of person who will complain about nothing for the sake of it, but this needs to be flagged up because the whole visit overall left a LOT to be desired.
