London Hayes Beefeater

We were in the area and starvin’ Marvin’, went in here probably not expecting too much if I’m honest as quite often chain-pub-style food can leave a lot to be desired.
Firstly, I’d like to give a thumbs up to the staff - we were originally greeted by who I assume is the manager (Big fella in a shirt..) who was friendly and welcoming, same goes for our waitress who was a nice lady from Poland 🇵🇱.
We both went for burgers 🍔 🍔 with upgraded fries which didn’t disappoint - overall when you consider price we scored the food 8/10.
I would definitely recommend upgrading the fries 👌🏼
My 3yr old had fish bits with chips & peas which he enjoyed. (pics of this are from after I’d cut the fish bites into smaller bits!)
We shared a pudding but it was really nice, kinda wish we’d of just got two!
Don’t forget to get a barcode receipt thing from the bar for your free parking.

Excellent service despite how understaffed they were. Had to wait 45min from being seated for the food to arrive. Good quantity and variety but unfortunately was disappointed with the quality and consistency. Ordered the 2 different grill combos. Food was mostly hit or miss with the complaints being too dry

"You had me at black pudding"

All you can eat breakfast for £9ish, they serve the standard Full English items and most importantly black pudding is here. This place is attached to a premier Inn. Décor is in good order, and the evening staff seem rushed off their feet, but they do it with a smile.

It's a Beefeater, so I am only here as it's convenient. It gets 4* as it was better than I expected, my expectations were very low.

Visited Beefeater 3 weeks ago on business trip as I was stopping in Premier Inn next door. Food was ok. I would say dessert was amazing but dinner need a little bit of extras (like salad or some grilled veg). Fries were bit dry too. Breakfast was ok. However I would like to say a big thank you to Jane as she makes a big difference in this place and deserves the attention. She was very friendly and attentive to customers needs. She have found me a nice quite place to work and to have my dinner. She has great skills and always had a smile on her face. I would definitely be back again.

We decided to go here for a quick bite to eat. We chose this place cause it has parking and location was convenient. I only eat halal food but I thought I will eat fish. They didn’t have any fish left to serve. I had to order calamari and prawns from the starters menu. My friend ordered chicken wings that were burnt and hard. Food choices were limited and a lot of stuff was out of stock. Food taste wasn’t all that either. Although the price was reasonable. Only two servers were around to deal with all customers. To be fair the restaurant wasn’t busy at all.

Please Miss change the job if your can not give a good service until 11:00 o'clock.
Because you are TIRED. We received a bad waitress service.. I tell you to WORK 12 hours 6 times a week is sometimes DIFFICULT and exhausted.

Beefeater in Hayes have lovely options for desserts wich I loved the most. The place ambience is great. It’s very spacious, less crowded, less noisy. We even had breakfast der next morning wich was unlimited buffet for Jst £9 per person, buffet had lot of options from English breakfast, cereals, juices . I can say my plate was literally full. I do recommend dis place.

We ordered 2 starters but never got them, only the mains were brought straight to us (they forgot to put the starters through) this was after 30 minutes of waiting. The ribeye I ordered was tasty but cold and didn't have a nice char on it like you get at other restaurants. Everything else was bang average. The peppercorn sauce had no thickness to it, very watery and didn't looked like it was mixed correctly. Expected better.
