Firejacks

Could be better...could be worse. Been here a few times and my experience has always been okay but never great. My burger was not hot, and only a bit warm. However the fries were good, the halloumi sticks were okay and my sticky toffee pudding was nice. Service was friendly but quite slow, restaurant wasn't even that busy either, was there for over 2 hours. Value wise, it isn't too bad, it's fair, not too expensive but wouldn't say its cheap either. Overall, it's just an okay from me.

To start, excellent service. Very friendly and knowledgeable server.
Food was solid, good flavours, reasonable value. Seated quickly without having to use a silly queuing app or anything. Big fan of the waffle fries

Really enjoyed my meal and my wife loved hers too. All really well cooked. Staff were really nice but gave you enough space to enjoy your meal. Got a bit jealous of other people meals because everything looked so good. Will definitely go back again

We love going to fire Jack's for the burgers and steaks. They are always cooked to perfection. The meat is tender and tasty. The service is always quick and friendly. The ambiance is beautiful. I highly recommend this place.

My burger was huge, the cheese burger spring rolls could of easily pass as a man as they were also huge and tasty. Served by a lovely Christian who made sure everyone was happy and friendly service. Will go again 😁🥂🍻

First timer as the kids wanted steak after a session of bowling 🎳. Food was good, steak cooked as requested, full rack of ribs nice and tender for me (could have done with a wash bowl after each bone, to clean fingers, how else do you eat your ribs?). The salmon dish is a bit small, kids menu - burger as quoted by mum tasted processed and Costco Angus burgers tasted better also side dishes should be included maybe rather than a separate purchase... Service was good, venue OK.

Food was beautiful. Tasty, flavours, the steak was to perfection .

Overall, we had a pleasant late-lunch at this restaurant. We were greeted by a super-friendly staff (a girl with blond hair, Dorina? sorry if I misspelled her name) with a big smile, which really warmed us up from the freezing cold British winter weather. Only after around 10 mins, our food and drink arrived with elegant presentations. We were both surprised by the large portion of our main dishes. The steak was excellently cooked by Sam (we asked his name from the manager). For sure, we will come back again.
