The Steakhouse at Harrods

Very nice steak but too expensive. Just paying for a Harrods experience while there are better steak restaurants for the same budget.

A quick trip to London this weekend brought us to Harrods Food Hall where we sat down to a delicious steak at the Harrods Steakhouse. This is our first visit to the Harrods food court and it was a great experience! We both ordered a 200 g fillet , I had the béarnaise sauce and my wife I had mushroom sauce, both steaks cooked a perfect medium rare with sides of mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, and a nice salad. We enjoyed a glass of wine with our meal which was also very nice. The whole experience was wonderful, the ambience and food were all amazing, lots of history in this place and the food hall was full of people enjoying there Sunday afternoon . The butcher was very helpful with the selection of our steak and the gentleman serving us was very friendly with great suggestions as to what we should do with our time in London, overall it was a great experience! Prices were a little bit steep but you always pay for quality!

Best steak in London. A great option to get a fantastic meal. Mac and cheese, fries and any other sides are amazing

Nice selection of cuts. However wagyu fillet I had was very tough. Sides were ok and staff were friendly. The wait was too long and combined with the price I paid, I wouldn’t say it deserves either the wait or the bill.

Deliciously, albeit classicaly prepared, meats that are customized to your tastes!

Food didn’t taste bad, but definitely not worth £100, specially for the service that was super slow. It took 5 minutes to get eye contact with the waitress to chase our entre bread and wines that we had been waiting for 15 minutes. The burger paddy was dried.

Amazing steak! Got the Wagyu sirloin and it was to die for. Cooked to perfection, melt in your mouth, succulent till the last bite. Hats off Harrods.

Couldn't ask for a better steak !! Service was great, we loved it, thanks again !!
