Hubby found this place on Google as we were meeting friends for a walk at High Lodge. We were given a very warm welcome by the staff and from start to finish everything was perfect! I had the Oh My Cod with a brioche bun and my hubby went all in and had the Big Hot Mess, which was ginormous!! Our friends also had pizza, the caeser salad and my daughter went for the chicken burger. Our table was rammed with food and it was all delicious!! I still had room for dessert so went for the sticky toffee pudding... My word it was good! The prices are very reasonable too so all in all we will be back!!! Oh forgot to say, I think the chips were triple cooked and to die for 😂

Over from Northern Ireland found on Google maps. Staying nearby drove down had a look from the outside didn't expect what was on offer inside. The food was fantastic (more than I could eat) the staff was very welcoming, friendly and pleasant. Would definitely visit again on my next trip.

A good place for almost any occassion. It's a nice pub with a touch of elegance. I went for Christmas Eve and it had a cheerful atmosphere and was very cozy. I had beef sirloin which was delicious even though I'm not a beef lover. I ordered it because I wanted to have something similar to a Christmas meal and so I wanted to avoid hamburgers, pizza or the regular breadcrumbs dishes.

This steakhouse, which is under lease from Greene King yet independently operated, seems to provide excellent quality dishes that are a generous size for hungry customers.

Red Lodge is far from bring the most salubrious of places to visit. I would assert that to have a restaurant of this calibre in such an urbanisation (built up, new, primarily residential area) is a rare gem. I very much hope that the rather sudden influx of new residents doesn't turn this excellent public house into a mere drinking hole for the new residents.

The Red Lodge steakhouse may actually be the only reason to visit Red Lodge, Other than friends and family, as to say it is short on amenities would be an understatement! This very bleak new development is endebted to this steakhouse for providing life and soul, They even provide a complementary bouncy castle at weekends sometimes for children.

The full English breakfast was excellent value and very well cooked. There are several menu items that are less expensive for those who do not seek a prime matured steak or do not eat meat.
I make no criticism of the menu at all and believe this is a very rounded establishment.
