FANTASTIC PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
We had a lovely quartz worktop installed by Shaw stone, the fitters were great and made a fantastic job of fitting the worktop and the joins we had were done brilliantly.
Unfortunately we noticed a very small blemish after a couple of days, we contacted Shaw Stone who were amazing sending someone out to try to rectify this but also putting us a new piece of quartz aside in case we weren't happy. Although the blemish was reduced we decided to have a new piece of quartz however when we talked it through with the fitters that came back we decided not to undo the great job they had done in the initial fit. At no time were we pressurised into making this decision and the company had no problem taking the no longer wanted quartz back, in fact they made us some chopping boards from the left over piece as a goodwill gesture.
Would not hesitate in recommending this company for their workmanship and customer service.

Excellent service all round - very knowledgeable and helpful team when choosing and discussing the many options; really great team who came out and measured up (and were able to do both worktops and backsplash all in one go); and the guys who came to install were excellent too - quick, clean, friendly and proficient. Just brilliant to be honest. From start to finish the experience has been perfect. They kept to all timescales and communications were great. The lady who first dealt with us (Helen?) was amazingly knowledgeable, Richard who templated with really skilled, the cut of the quartz was perfect and the fitters were really good, experienced, very skilled and used some clever (pneumatic) tools to level the tops before jointing them to such a good standard you can hardly see the joins.
Frankly I am so glad I went to Shaw Stone and will recommend them to all. The photo attached shows our lovely black sparkly worktops in our nearly completed kitchen which I fitted and the tops just make it look amazing.

From the first phone call about our quartz worktops to the templating and the final installation, everything has been easy, straightforward and organised. The communication throughout has been fantastic. We love the final worktops and they look incredible and have transformed our kitchen. We could genuinely not recommend Shawstone more highly.
