Get the premium accommodation, for the love of god. It is very nice for uni accommodation. Not exactly worth the money though. People smoking outside your door. A view of a car park. Noisy, drunk students at midnight. Walls so thin you can hear a conversation next door. However premium accommodation is nicer than some of the accommodation.

Accommodation is horrible, go private if you can. Make sure you document everything on the first and last day of your visit using photos, or they will try and suck any money they can! They give poor evidence and weak communication.

Needs some updating, budget jobs for Uni student's and discounts included for your spring revamps!

I am giving one star because, coming from Spain and I and being in my third year of my degree, my brother wants to come to the same university and he will go to HIC. The university does not allow us to take a twin room (a room for us two) because they say that you cannot mix university students with international students. It is incomprehensible that 2 brothers can't be together with the savings that our family kept for us and I do not understand that we have to pay for two accommodations when it can be done by everyone else with exception of the international students.
This seems very abusive to me, since we would have to pay double and they don't even want to make the effort to put us on the same room or floor when we also pay 300 pounds of management.

I was welcomed with open arms at the reception and the accommodation rooms were clean and in order. Its a very beautiful university.

Absolute ripoff. Avoid at any cost.
Unfortunately I had no choice when I was applying for my study visa. But if you have another option, go ahead and use it.
Firstly, this accommodation will have a set rules that will be constantly broken by your flatmates and no one will care or do anything about it. That means, expect rude smoking neighbours, thin walls, loud music, poor hygiene and the uliving not caring for it.
Secondly, prepare to have a heart attack every Tuesday and at least one more day a week because of fire alarms. If you shower and forgot to close your door, the whole complex of buildings goes off. If you use a hairspray under the fire alarm, it goes off too. Students will cover it with socks and will continue smoking as much as they like.
It feels like you are living in an expensive prison block where the uni is more important than student. Also, do not forget about the fire training in the middle of your presentation or lecture!
I had to move out of a shared accommodation because of harassment. Sadly, living in studio also turned out to be something. The walls are so thin that you will hear your neighbours talk and music. Even if you call guards, asking them to send your neighbour's party of 7 random people out of your shared/not shared space, they will not fine the party people, they will just tell them to go and won't even warn them. Even if its the lockdown of December 2020.
Do not count on this company. It looks fancy on paper but in reality they won't even allow you to get any devices to keep your place cool in summer.
Absolutely dissapointed and happy to move out.

Nice rooms and experiences. Quite expensive.

Can be a bit loud and some issues arise.
