The place is weel located and the room has a nice size, that is all the good things that the place has to offer.
Regarding the bad part:
It`s quite expensive for the service they provide.
A lot of the people that work there were very rude.
They lost my bag for three days inside the facility (the airport had delivery later because they also had lost in the flight, however they delivered the bag at a Wednesday and the place lost my bag and only found it on Friday after I asked several times) and refused to pay the full refund of my clothes, .
My drain was cloaked and they said they had no responsibility about because it was the last resident who had cloaked (well it wasn`t me either).
The cleaning rate is quite questionable.
And so on...
Anyway do not recommend the place for anyone who has an alternative.

Good place to live in a good neighborhood. Katrina from the reception is truly, truly exceptional. An amazing human always keen to help and improve the place. Also Mushid is an exceptional human very kind and very professional both of them. The place would be so different without those two people

Wonderful accommodation, staff always wish me a good morning with a smile on their face. Has amazing events planned every week and it's great value for money. Not to mention so close to my university and good transport links.

Great accommodation for students. The staff are always helpful and nice, quick and informative responses to emails. Overall very well managed. The rooms are nice and big enough for a comfortable living (I have got an en-suite). I once had a problem with a shower, which was solved the same day. I am very pleased with this choice of accommodation!

My daughter moved in to Prince Consort Village for her first term at the Royal College of Music today. Her room was fine (hence the star). But the kitchen was squalid, with open rubbish bags, sticky grime and rubbish all over the floor, disgusting mess in the sinks, on the oven hobs and rotting food in the fridges. If Prince Consort Village take in Summer students they have to arrange for contract cleaners to deal with what they leave behind before new students move in. As the kitchens stand they should reported to health and safety.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood of Hammersmith, good connections to central London and Shepherd’s Bush . Friendly staff, and talented young music students. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. I’ve lived here for two years and it’s been a wonderful experience. Lots of staff have stood out for me during the time I’ve been here but my experience here would not have been the same without Martin, Helena and Mushid! They always put a smile on my face and have been so instrumental during my stay here.

My son loves it here, has been made very welcome by everyone in the accommodation. Staff always helping him when he is locked out. I feel he is in a good place for his first home away from home.

It is one of the best places you could find to rent out as a student in London.
