Suitable place to live whilst studying in University. Price wise, disappointing with facilities available compared to other accommodation.

Staff are mostly friendly although some need an attitude check at reception, always someone on site to help, walking distance from both the Atrium and Atlantic House.

Rooms are a nice size with en suite bathrooms and a large (nearly double) bed.

On site facilities such as laundry room and common room are useful and maintained fairly well.

Other accommodations nearby seem to offer a lot more for the same price or cheaper.

Waiting for the lift if you're on a higher floor can be quite time consuming as there are only 2 for the entire building. Stairs are always there if you're brave enough though.

It's so hottttt windows only open a little bit and it's horrible, rooms are pretty nice though.
And in the winter the windows don't close properly and the heating turns off after around an hour so you wake up and it's feeezing

update: the average temperature in my room over the past month has been around 32-33 degrees which makes it on average hotter than the average daily temperatures in the dry tropical regions of the Sahara which is approximately 31.5. They recently sent out an email about how to deal with this and i kid you not said to go to the beach.

Also can confirm about the silverfish infestation other people have commented about.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. For what I paid last year (£127.50 per week), things didn’t match up. There was a silverfish infestation, complaints to reception were brushed under the carpet, parcels went missing due from staff, and staff not caring about my mental health. There was a guy I lived with whom reception didn’t care about sorting out (he affected my mental health and I had breakdowns)- it took them the whole 10 months to sit me down and actually listen by which point he had moved out and I was moving out the next day. do not stay here!!!!

Room was a good size, but so expensive for what you get. Staff don’t take complaints seriously and a lot of stuff is brushed under the carpet. Silverfish infestation, sinks smell like rotten eggs, heater doesn’t function properly.

The flat itself was pretty good. Each room had it's own on suite bathroom, and there's a good size open plan kitchen and living room area. All the basic kitchen supplies were provided.

The only downside is the temperature. It's ridiculously hot in the summer, and opening the window just let in loads of bugs.
It was very hard to sleep at night.

Drove down to pick my daughter up after finishing her first year. Lots of cheap parking underneath the building reliable lifts. Very safe and secure accommodation
